Situation
GWIA unable to send and/or receive mail.
GWIA unable to process mail in receive or send queues.
GWIA not listening on port 25.
Unable to route mail to host.

Resolution
Common Issues:
TID 7012749 - Unable to send or receive mail (port/agent conflict)
TID 7012936 - GWIA not sending or receiving mail (bind exclusively)
TID 7012748 - Unable to process received mail (corrupt mail items in queue)
TID 7012750 - Unable to process send mail (corrupt mail items in queue)
TID 7014760 - GWIA unable to receive mail only (firewall)
TID 7013104 - Unable to send and receive Internet Emails - GWIA is Refusing Email (disk space)
Error Messages:
TID 7002712 - "450 host down" when sending mail
TID 7014100 - Receiving "452 Server file system failure" in GWIA log when sending mail
TID 7012907 - "Undeliverable recipient(s) with Response: 504 Need Fully Qualified Address"
TID 7012740 - "550 No such recipient" or "Recepient Unknown"on receiving emails for different Internet Domain with Relaying Enable
