Situation

 "550 No such recipient" or "Recipient Unknown"on receiving emails for different Internet Domain with relaying enabled

Resolution

  1. Launch ConsoleOne
  2. Click Tools | GroupWise System Operations | Internet Addressing
  3. Add the domain there on which "Recipient Unknown" or "550 No such recipient" is being received
  4. Save the changes
  5. Wait for 2 minutes
  6. Click Tools | GroupWise System Operations | Internet Addressing
  7. remove the Domain that was added in Step 3
