On Windows 10, when attempting to create a new session or open an existing session with SSL/TLS encryption enabled, the Extra! application becomes non-responsive (hangs).
To resolve this issue, maintained customers can obtain the latest update from the Downloads website. The issue is addressed beginning in version 9.3.2643. Update to Extra! 9.3 Service Pack 1 Update 1 (see KB 7021714) or version 9.4 (see KB 7021715).
Note: Windows 10 is not a supported platform for Extra! X-treme 9.4 and earlier. Windows 10 is now a supported platform with Extra! 9.5 and higher. For organizations moving to Windows 10 in production environments, we recommend upgrading from Extra! to Reflection Desktop. See also KB 7021280.
