Situation
How to upgrade to Reload 5?
Resolution
Upgrading to Reload 5 is straightforward, but requires a new license pem file to go with the new version.
Select Upgrade from the Web Console dropdown menu or go to the text interface on the server and select System/Tools/Upgrade.
While the server is upgrading itself you can get a new pem file by entering your Validation Key at licenses.gwava.com for a Reload 5 license file.
