Situation
Which update should be used to upgrade to ZENworks Configuration Management
(ZCM) 11.1a?
Resolution
"Agent Update 1 for ZENworks 11.1" will appear in ZCC > Configuration >
System Updates after "Check for Updates" is selected. This update is only used
to update servers and devices that are already running ZCM 11.1 to ZCM
11.1a.
If the ZCM server is running an older version of Zenworks (10.3.x or 11.0) apply the ZCM11SP1a.iso to the ZCM server. "Update for ZCM (11.1)" will appear
in ZCC > Configuration > System Updates when the upgrade completes on the
first primary server. After all the primary servers are upgraded using the
ZCM11SP1a.iso, "Update for ZCM (11.1)" can be used to upgrade all other devices
to ZCM 11.1a.
