10.1 Bundles
Situation
Case 1: Bundle that has a copy file action, copying from a
non-local drive, if the destination file exists, the source file is
not copied, even when newer than the destination.
Case 2: Bundle that has a copy file action, copying to a non-local drive, the destination file is copied, even when it is not newer than the destination.
Case 2: Bundle that has a copy file action, copying to a non-local drive, the destination file is copied, even when it is not newer than the destination.
Resolution

Additional Information
In this context, "non-local" means a mapped drive, a UNC path or
even a local directory mapped using the subst command.
