ZENworks Configuration Management 2020 System Update
Situation
After upgrading to Zenworks 2020 the option
ZCC -> Configuration -> System Updates -> Action -> Check for updates
fails with the error
There was a failure when attempting to contact Novell Customer Center to retrieve available updates. Be sure that you have internet connectivity and that system update has been configured with the correct proxy information: An incorrect HTTP status was received: 403

System update entitlement is shown as active in
ZCC -> Configuration -> Infrastructure Management
ZCC -> Configuration -> Infrastructure Management
Resolution
The system update entitlement needs to be registered again
ZCC -> Configuration -> Infrastructure Management -> System Update Entitlement -> Configure
Enter email address and System Update Entitlement license key
The System Update Entitlement license key can be found in Customer Center under "System Update Entitlement" or "ZENworks Configuration Management Activation Code"
