AD Domain Users can be added to a DSfW Group but revert to a SID when reopening the group since upgrade to OES2018 SP1

Open Enterprise Server 2018 (OES 2018) Linux

Situation

Users from an Active Directory domain show as SID when added to a group in a trusted Domain Services for Windows domain; e.g.

Resolution

This is fixed in a future version of Open Enterprise Server.  For an interim patch, contact Technical Services.

This issue will also be apparent if DNS has not been correctly configured per Domain Services for Windows Administration Guide -> Managing Trust Relationships in Domain Services for Windows -> Cross-Forest Trust Relationships (e.g.  OES2018 SP2).
