Situation
On Windows 10, when attempting to create a new session or open an existing session with SSL/TLS encryption enabled, the following error displays:

Resolution
To resolve this issue, maintained customers can obtain the latest
InfoConnect update from the Downloads website. The issue is addressed
beginning in version 9.2.1.2735. For more information about version
9.2.2751 (9.2 Service Pack 1 Update), see KB 7021863.
Cause
Changes introduced in the Microsoft Windows 10 operating system
prevent the loading of certain Reflection security cryptographic
modules.
