Using an SMTP scanner
How is it possible, to allow GWAVA to relay outbound email?
To set it up so that GWAVA will relay outbound email via the SMTP scanner, do the following:
1) In the GWAVA Management webpage go to Server/Interface management | Server | Manage interfaces | Interface settings | SMTP interface | Trusted outbound relay servers, enter in the email server's IP address.
2) Click 'save changes'.
Note: Make sure not to put in any other valid IP addresses in here. Any email from any IP listed here will be seen as an outbound message. Click here for more information
