Situation
I installed Vertigo 2 and after connecting to the GroupWise server Vertigo is showing errors when clicking on any tab. Signatures, Rules, etc. are not displayed.
Resolution
This is usually indicating that a Trusted Application Key for Vertigo is missing or that there is a problem with the existing key.

Manually creating a Trusted Application Key For VertigoIf an older version of Vertigo was previously installed and a Trusted Application Key already exists, it is recommended to remove the existing Vertigo Trusted Application Key from the GroupWise server and create a new one as explained in the KB article above.
