Retain 2.x
Situation
After installing GWAVA Retain 2.x, some user accounts will not archive. The archive failure message is "unexpected element type".

The error report that the Retain server sent out also contains this error message in the erroritems.txt:

Resolution
Should be fixed in GroupWise 8.0.2 Hot Patch 3, build 92656 or higher.
