Novell GroupWise 8 Support Pack 2 Hot Patch 2
Situation
After implementing GWAVA Retain 2.0, some user accounts will not
archive. The archive failure message is "unexpected element
type".
Error: Tue Mar 15 12:20:02 CDT 2011: Runtime exception; nested exception is: unexpected element type: expected={https://schemas.novell.com/2005/01/GroupWise/types}PanelDisplaySettings, actual=PanelDisplaySettings
The error report that the Retain server send out also contains this error message: Mailbox Path: corrupt

Resolution
Should be fixed in GroupWise 8.0.2 Hot Patch 3, build 92656 or
higher.
