How to Export User Messages to PST

Situation


I thought Retain was able to export to PST, but I can’t find the button.

Resolution


There is not a button in the Retain mailbox for exporting to PST.  You have to use the Publisher/Viewer tool.  See, "How to export messages with Retain".
