Situation

ERROR on ZCC:

Unable to detect ZCC Helper on this device.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in ZENworks 2017 Update 1. For more information see KB 7020155 ZENworks Configuration Management 2017 Update 1 - update information and list of fixes

Workaround for earlier versions:

ZCC Helper requires that the URL used to access ZCC be the fully qualified domain name of the server.

Example:

myserver.mydomain.com
