Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.4.1 - see KB 7016895 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.4.1 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7016895

Note:  After updating the primary server it is necessary to rerun the subscription download for the fix to go into effect.

Cause

The bug is a failure to parse rpm versions with non numeric characters in the string.

Additional Information

Note this bug is not limited to Mozilla patches but can include any rpm with non numeric character in the name.  Example:  kernel-2.6.32-504.el6.x86_64.rpm
