Resolution
Apply NSL 8.0.4 and perform the following steps:
1. Disable the DotNet service. For detailed instructions see KB 7006772 at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7006772
2. Restart slproto
3. Create the following Dword (32bit)_ registry setting:
