Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.3
Situation
Patches assigned to device are uninstalling after the patch is superseded or unassigned. If plp files are not present this error may be seen:
Could not find the file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Novell\ZENworks\work/content-repo/tmp/zpm/plp//windows/[Random GUID].plp
Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.4.1 - see KB 7016895 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.4.1 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7016895
For ZENworks versions 11.3, 11.3.2 or 11.4 contact Novell Technical Support for an official FTF.
