Workstations that have a ZENworks Data Encryption Policy applied do not allow iPrint printers to be manually installed after upgrading the workstations to ZCM 11.3.2.

Errors thrown by iPrint install failure:

This operation requires an interactive windows station

There are no more files


Use a ZENworks Printer policy to install the iPrint printers on the workstation.

Additional Information

Temporarily removing the Data Encryption Policy from the device allows the workstation to manually install iPrint printers successfully.
