Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.3
Situation
Using the ZENworks Control Center - ZCC to launch the diagnostics page causes additional connections to the database above the maximum pool size set in zdm.xml.
Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.3.1 FTF Roll Up 1 - see KB 7014213 "FTF Roll Up 1 for ZENworks 11.3.1 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7015574
