Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2
Situation
ZCM satellites roles will not respond properly if the webserver has stopped.
Running zac zhs reports the webserver as Stopped.
zmd-messages.log reports error:
[Debug] [06/11/2014 13:08:49.369] [] [19543] [ZenworksAgent] [35][ZenHttpServer] [Exception starting ZenHttpServer: java.io.FileNotFoundException:/etc/opt/novell/zenworks/conf/security/jetty-keystore.jks (No such file or directory)
jetty-keystore.jks file must exist when the authentication role is enabled.
Location on Linux:/etc/opt/novell/zenworks/conf/security/jetty-keystore.jks
Location on Windows: %zenwork_home%/conf/security/jetty-keystore.jks

Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.4 - see KB 7016614 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11 SP4 (11.4.0) - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7016614

Test the webserver from a webbrowser using the following url. http://DNSorIPofSatellite:80/zenworks-ping.
