Environment

Novell GroupWise
Novell GroupWise Mobility Service
 

Situation

Unable to sync all Emails,Calendars or Contacts for some Users.
 
GW client is not synchronizing all messages with  mobile phone.

Resolution

  1. Remove the user account from mobility(Refer the KB 7008852)
  2.  run gwcheck(contents fix) on the user account.
  3. Now add the user back.
