Situation
Inventory scans not processing on any primary server.
PRU imports and replicates to all the primary servers. When the PRU is deployed the zone Pre-Update actions never finish and the PRU does not install as it should. The process appears to just stop.
The following could be seen in the loader-messages.log:

Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.3 - see KB 7014213 "ZENworks
Configuration Management 11.3 - update information and list of
fixes", which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7014213
If upgrading to version 11.3 or beyond does not resolve the issue, please contact Novell Support and reference this TID to get a database script that cleans up corruption in old PRU.
