Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2
Situation
The ZCM zone is configured for an external certificate authority and server certificates needs to be updated.
The command novell-zenworks-configure -z -c SSL gets executed to update the external signed certificate on a primary server.
Following the prompts given by above command, the tool keeps going back to the request to insert the path to the private key file.

Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.3 - see KB 7014213 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.3 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7014213
Workaround
On the first server being updated with the new external signed certificate, it is necessary to answer the question

with Yes and follow the steps.
