Unable to remove mail from device

Novell GroupWise


Deleting Mail from mobile device does not delete in GroupWise Client.
GroupWise Client not updated with deleted events from device.
Deleted mail not removed from GroupWise.


  1. Remove account from device, restart device, readd account back to device.
  2. If the above step does not resolve the issue, then follow the steps provided in TID 7012677.


Corruption on device, in DataSync databases and/or GroupWise system.
