Situation
Devices unmanaged after System Update (SU) due to corrupt cache (Service Object being NULL value)
Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.2.3a - see KB 7011295 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.3a - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7011295
When the agent's ZENCACHE Service Object is a NULL value, it will be recreated.
Additional Information
The Service Object cannot be NULL value.
Also, as part of the fix made sure that in an offline / disconnected location, the agent does not go to the network. The Service Object will be there but the CSRs (Closest Server Rules) will be empty.
