Situation

ZCM 11.2.3: ZESM and/or Imaging components are marked disabled or uninstalled at the time when the agent is deployed to Windows 8 or Windows 2012. If the component is enabled/installed after this point, it does not become active on the device.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.2.3a - see KB 7011295 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.3a - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7011295
