Situation

In ZCC -> Reports in the custom reports section, folders can be created with an apostrophe in the name.  However, Custom Reports cannot be created inside a folder with an apostrophe in the name. 
 
ERROR:
Unable to Complete Custom Report Creation.
Details: Refer to the inventory servlet log for details.
 
Custom reports can be created in a folder called Novells Reports, but not in a folder called Novell's Reports.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.2.1 - see KB 7010042 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.1 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7010042
