Situation
On Mac or Linux (xplat agent) error running zac ps.

Resolution
Confirm that the Discover Applicable Updates bundle has installed successfully. One of the actions of this bundle is to install/verify the patch agent bundles. Ensure that the patch agent bundles installed successfully and that the patch agent bundle for mac includes install actions. Confirm that /opt/novell/zenworks/zpm directory exists and has analyze and other patch agent bundles in it.

For mac or Linux agent files, the dummy.txt would be created in /opt/novell/zenworks/zpm/agents/osx/x* or /opt/novell/zenworks/zpm/agents/linux/x*
