Environment
Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.1 Inventory
Situation
Since upgrading the zone from 11.2 to 11.2.1 inventory custom reports and folders are not viewable when logged into ZCC with user credentials that are in one of the two user sources.
When logged into ZCC with an administrative user account that uses credentials from user source 'A' the inventory custom reports folders and their content are not viewable at all. When logged into ZCC with an administrative user account that uses credentials from user source 'B' the inventory custom reports folders and their content are viewable.
Error shown in zcc.log when using credentials that fail to show the inventory folders:
05 Oct 2012 12:32:16 InventoryCustomRep..209 :InventoryCustomReports: error getting folder list

Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.2.3a - see KB 7011295 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.3a - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7011295
Workaround:
When accessing ZCC, use an administrative account that is locally defined or one that is in the user source that does not have the issue.
