Situation
Login to ZCC with a user not having Super Administrator rights
enabled
Browsing and opening objects in ZCC is much slower than with having Super Administrator rights
Normally after first a first visit ZCC should build a rights cache as outlined in TID 7005057 but this does not work for all objects.
Opening any device's settings tab takes consistently 15 seconds or longer
After revisiting an object a couple times, opening is slow again

Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.2.3a - see KB 7011295 "ZENworks
Configuration Management 11.2.3a - update information and list of fixes"

Additional Information
The parameters timeToIdleSecond and timeToLiveSeconds as
described in TID
7005057 do not seem to have any effect on the issues described
in this TID.
Also theses issue have been mostly reported on ZCM zones with embedded Sybase database.
