Situation

Admin is not seeing the content of the start button from Office 2007 (upper left button).

Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.4 - see KB 7016614 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11 SP4 (11.4.0) - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7016614

Additional Information

This is a problem with TightVNC 1 and is solved with TightVNC 2.5.2. Novell expects to include a newer version of TightVNC in a future version of ZCM.
