Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11 Authentication

Situation

Login fail when logging in with user that has not previously logged in to the workstation, affecting the first time a user logs in to a workstation if the random refresh timer hasn't fired (see "Timed Refresh" in "Device Refresh Schedule", part of  "Device Management Settings" in "ZENworks 11 SP2 Management Zone Settings Reference")

Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.2.1 - see KB 7010042 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.1 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7010042
