Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 3 - 10.3
Situation
Using ZCC with URL to reporting server launches InfoView, but using ZCC with URL to another primary fails to launch InfoView.

Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.1 - see KB 7008746 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.1 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
Workaround for ZCM 10.3.x: Both ports 6400 and 6430 need to be opened in the firewall settings. Also ensure that the ZCC URL used is the FQDN of the primary server you are logging onto for the certificate to be accepted.
