Situation
When using a ZENworks Explorer Configuration Policy with enable folder view set to no , users are unable to login or logout when trying to use the menu items for login or logout under the File menu within NalWin.exe. After clicking on the menu item there is no action. Also of note, there are no device assigned bundles that are configured to have a shortcut showing within the NAL window.
Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.3 - see KB 7014213 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.3 - update information and list of fixes", which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7014213
Workaround:
1- Assign a bundle to the device and configure it to show in the ZEN explorer window.
2- Refresh the agent making sure that the bundle icon is displayed in the ZEN explorer window.
Login via ZEN explorer > File > login , and logout via ZEN explorer > File > logout should work after this.
