"Last Active" in Mobility Audit Users page does not show current date and time

Situation

"Last Active" in Mobility Audit Users page shows incorrect date and time
"Last Active" in Mobility Audit Users page shows old date and time though users and their devices have been receiving mails/appointments/contacts
Users page shows incorrect date and time
"Last Active" in Mobility Audit Users page shows old date and time though users have been receiving events

Resolution

"Last Active" date and time in "Audit Users" in Mobility WebAdmin gets updated when the user sends a mail or an Appointment or creates a contact on the Device. However if a user has not sent an email or Appointment or created a Contact on the device, then the "Last Active" will not get updated. Not all user activities on mobile devices are collected as part of the audit. For example, when users send and delete messages, these activities are captured as part of the audit. However, if users only view their mail and calendar items, these more passive activities are not captured as part of the audit.
 
"Last Active" in the "Audit Users" page in Mobility WebAdmin is not related to the Devices connecting and receiving emails.
