Novell ZENworks 11 Configuration Management
Situation
Running zman report-save (rpsv) fails to back up reports in the Custom reports folder.
Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.1 - see KB 7008746 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.1 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
Workaround:

Custom reports are saved at:
Windows: ZENworks_HOME\share\boe\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\FileStore\Input\...
Linux: /opt/novell/zenworks/share/boe/bobje/data/frsinput... -
In ZRS, Right Click on a Custom report and select Properties . This will provide the file name, for example like the following:
frs://Input/a_131/140/000/35971/asoaxcl63vzjvkzrmuz5to8.wid -
Find the file, for example:
Windows: ZENworks_HOME\share\boe\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\FileStore\Input\a_131/140/000/35971/asoaxcl63vzjvkzrmuz5to8.wid
Linux: /opt/novell/zenworks/share/boe/bobje/data/frsinput/a_131/140/000/35971/asoaxcl63vzjvkzrmuz5to8.wid -
Make a copy of that wid file (named as something meaningful to find later) and save in desired location specified in the zman rpsv command that had been run to backup rights etc.
