What are the supported patches in the Novell ZCM feed? How can additions be requested?

If there are critical patches that are part of the SLA list above which seem to be missing, troubleshoot whether the Patch DAU is running properly, whether the downloads are failing etc. For example, if using a proxy or firewall, ensure that the communication is correct for accessing the site. If they are not included in the download list in a timely manner, open a Micro Focus Support Incident to request further action.

For vendors already supported, make a service request with ZENworks Customer Care who will engage with the third party partner for that.
Note that the time that the subscription download occurs and agents scan can add to the delay.
Generally the patch content feed contains the Operating System security patches, plus the security patches for the most popular third party applications as well as rollups and service packs. Other patches are included by customer request and many different AV DAT files and etc are included in the feed.
