Admin Users delegated all rights is not able to assign roles to sub-admin users, these are not Super-Admins

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 3 - 10.3 ZENworks Control Center - ZCC
Novell ZENworks 11 Configuration Management Support Pack 1 - ZCM 11 SP1 ZENworks Control Center - ZCC

Situation

Admin Users delegated all rights is not able to assign roles to sub-admin users, these are not Super-Admins
 
Super admins in ZCC can only assign roles.

Resolution

For ZENworks 11: This is fixed in version 11.1 - see KB 7008746 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.1 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at Novell Support 
 
For ZCM 10.3.4:  This is fixed in version 10.3.4 - see KB 7008244 "ZENworks Configuration Management 10.3.4 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
