Situation
In certain circumstances, for example when there are one or more LDAP servers
in a user source that are connected via slow links, ZCC performance
is negatively impacted because these servers may be contacted to
provide the directory information.
Currently there is no way to control which servers are contacted to provide the directory information, they are tried in the order they are returned from the directory database.
