License allocation device search does not show all devices

Novell ZENworks 10 Asset Management

Situation

In the License Allocation section of Asset Management, the search for devices to allocation licenses does not show all devices that should be available.  This happens if the option Show devices with associated product installed only is selected

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.3.1 - see KB 7006265 "ZENworks Configuration Management 10.3.1 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
