Situation

Manually selecting the WOL proxy in ZCC does not force the proxy to be used in cases where the device to be woken up is on a separate segment than the WOL proxy device. This is a problem in VLAN environment where the administrator wants to use the proxy to send the WOL packet.

Also, when used the WOL proxy sends to the global broadcast (255.255.255.255) instead of segment broadcast address.

Resolution
