Novell ZENworks 11 Configuration Management Support Pack 1 - ZCM 11 SP1

Situation

If ZENworksUninstall fails on a managed device, the manual cleanup tool from the previous version (AgentCleanup.exe for ZCM 10.x) must NOT be used or it will corrupt the uninstall further and a new install will fail for the same device.

Resolution

Use the version of the cleanup utility for your specific release of ZENworks - use this link to go to the Patch Finder and select the version of ZCM you are using to obtain the correct utility.

Additional Information

Version 1.1.0.0 has a problem with Windows 7 and Windows 2008 - see TID 7009577 Manual cleanup tool version 1.1.0.0 leaves Windows 7 unable to login
