Remote Management Service Stopped.

(a partial fix is present in ZCM 11, in that the necessary file - see Additional Information section below - will be created after the next Agent refresh, bit it will not stop the initial error message.
Copy a known-good novell-rm-settings.ini to the workstation, or create one similar to the file shown in the Additional Information section below

Additional Information

Upgrade removes the %zenworks_home%\conf\novell-rm-settings.ini file and does not create any backup file. This file is used by Remote Management to determine settings when it is unable to contact the ZCM zone.
A basic file looks similar to this:
