Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 3 - 10.3

Situation

While deploying a System Update Agent to devices, there is a problem contacting the device for deployment, resulting in the deployment timing out and the following error in loader-messages.log :

java.util.ConcurrentModificationException
at java.util.HashMap$HashIterator.nextEntry(HashMap.java:841)
at java.util.HashMap$KeyIterator.next(HashMap.java:877)
at
com.novell.zenworks.deployment.DeploymentQueue$RunningDeviceDeploymentsMonitor.run(DeploymentQueue.java:573)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:595)

Resolution

For ZCM 10.3: This is fixed in version 10.3.2 - see KB 7007237 "ZENworks Configuration Management 10.3.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
 
For ZCM 11.0: This is fixed in version 11.1 - see KB 7008746 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.1 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
