ZCM Server SSL Certificate is expired

Novell Certificate Server (PKIS) 3.1.1

Situation

Error: Error The certificate provided by the LDAP directory is not valid.
Either it has expired or is not yet valid.
Using the connection information, we have retrieved the certificate from the LDAP directory. The certificate will be imported as a trusted certificate. Please ensure that the certificate is correct.

This error occurs when trying to launch the ZCC console

The SSL certificates in eDirectory have expired

Note: If the LDAP server is not an eDirecotry server, please repair / recreate the LDAP certificate according to the specific procedures for the LDAP server.

Resolution

1) Recreate the SSL certificates in iManager using the Novell Certificate Server task.

     Please refer to TID 7013080 "How to renew invalid or expired eDirectory server certificates"

2) On the ZCM Console (ZCC), navigate to Configuration > User Sources > [user source] > Connections > [connection name], click "Update" and then "OK".
