Situation

The ZENworks Diagnostic Center is designed to show differences between a test ZCM server/database and a given "standard"; sometimes there are "mismatches" shown in the report which can be explained, and therefore safely ignored.

This TID is intended as a pointer to other TIDs which describe these explainable differences in detail.

Resolution

ZCM 10.3.x appliance/external Sybase database: TID 7007204 - ZDC shows schema mismatches when run against ZCM 10.3 appliance or a zone with an external Sybase database

General mismatches: TID 7006692 - ZDC Report showing inconsistent item in report
