Situation
ZDC 10.3.1 Report showing inconsistent items in report.
Resolution
Some files will be compiled "on the fly" for each server, thus some inconsistencies may be normal and can be ignored.
If the "Package name: expected = " is the same as the "actual = " or the Package name: is "unknown " these can be ignored.
If the "Package name: expected = " is the same as the "actual = " or the Package name: is "unknown " these can be ignored.
