Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2 Patch Management
Situation
Patches that are for "all languages" keep getting into an uncached state. Patch will be successfully cached (green icon in ZCC) then the following day or after the next subscription interval the patch will show as uncached (red icon in ZCC). Patch can be successfully re-cached but this duplicates the data in the content repository.
Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.2.1 - see KB 7010042 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.1 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7010042
