Situation
Bundle icons on the desktop of a Windows 2003 Terminal Server session disappear, and the ZEN delivered group policy is not applied.
When issuing a manual refresh from the command line, this error is returned: Failed to connect to an IPC Port: The system cannot find the file specified.

Resolution
For ZENworks 10.3.x: This is fixed in version 10.3.4 - see KB 7008244 "ZENworks
